Based in Copenhagen but European at heart, Kaave Pour is the founder of 21st Europe. Kaave was formerly the co-founder, CEO, and Creative Director of SPACE10, the acclaimed R&D lab that gained global recognition across four continents under his decade-long leadership.

Also behind Sun—Sun, a new design and technology venture focused on the future of home, Kaave’s expertise spans design, culture, and technology, with collaborations that include IKEA, Apple, MIT, and UN Habitat He openly shares insights that encourage a playful yet thoughtful approach to progress and creativity among emerging designers, brands, and institutions.

Leading policy and research, Johanna supports 21st Europe in anchoring each blueprint in timely policy agendas and their translation into actionable insights through design. Johanna’s background spans climate and economic policy, having worked with multilateral organisations such as the World Bank and the UN to connect policy to on-the-ground implementation. Johanna also works at the intersection at design and strategy with the global agency, AKQA.

He co-founded Ponder, an intentional brand agency specializing in strategy, design, PR, and content creation, collaborating with clients like Mikkeller, Save the Children, and Ørsted. As co-initiator of SAGA, one of Denmark’s largest youth policy organizations, he brings a unique perspective to storytelling, civic action, and communication.
